School-Based Care

We operate and maintain several school-based health centers. Not only do we treat current students, but anyone that resides within the school system's area. You don't even need to have kids!

Occupational Health (DOT/CDL Physicals)

Patients can have employment physicals performed for $35. We also perform Department of Transportation (DOT)/Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exams for $80.

Immunizations & Youth Physicals

We offer well-child visits and same-day sick visits, plus adolescent immunizations to accommodate immunization requirements. Sports physicals are available for $20. Dental services and screenings are available at school-based sites only.

Dental

We specialize in full-service family dentistry, as well as offer a wide range of preventative and restorative treatments and oral health maintenance services for all ages.

Women’s Health

In addition to primary care, we offer women’s health services including gynecological exams, mammography, which can also include women’s cancer screenings, and menopause and hormone therapy.

Pediatrics

We provide access to preventative and quality pediatric services, as well as work-in services, regardless of one’s ability to pay. We are advocates for children and families, alongside the communities and strive to give them the best possible care.

Lab Services

We offer limited diagnostic lab services are available on-site and results are received promptly via our Medical Information System. As a convenience, our patients can see their providers and have lab tests performed in the same locations.

Substance Abuse Treatment

Behavioral Health

We offer therapy sessions that are meant to help with a variety of life issues such as coping with a medical condition, making healthy changes, family or relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression, drug or alcohol addiction.
