Location

Primary Care

We provide a full range of healthcare for all ages from birth to end-of-life. We have the ability to see students during school hours, with parental consent. We take pride in getting to know our patients and meeting their personal needs.

Same Day Care

We treat acute care conditions on a walk-in basis such as sore throat, urinary tract infections, flu symptoms, ear infections and more. Whether you are a Coplin patient or not, you can take advantage of our on-site, acute care services. Open to all ages.

Pharmacy Services

Access affordable prescriptions through our on-site pharmacy services. If your primary care provider is at a Coplin site, you have access to the Coplin pharmacies. We also send electronic prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.

Behavioral Health

We offer therapy sessions that are meant to help with a variety of life issues such as coping with a medical condition, making healthy changes, family or relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression, drug or alcohol addiction.

Dental

We specialize in full-service family dentistry, as well as offer a wide range of preventative and restorative treatments and oral health maintenance services for all ages.

Immunizations & Youth Physicals

We offer well-child visits and same-day sick visits, plus adolescent immunizations to accommodate immunization requirements. Sports physicals are available for $20. Dental services and screenings are available at school-based sites only.

Lab Services

We offer limited diagnostic lab services are available on-site and results are received promptly via our Medical Information System. As a convenience, our patients can see their providers and have lab tests performed in the same locations.

Occupational Health (DOT/CDL Physicals)

Patients can have employment physicals performed for $35. We also perform Department of Transportation (DOT)/Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exams for $80.

Pediatrics

We provide access to preventative and quality pediatric services, as well as work-in services, regardless of one’s ability to pay. We are advocates for children and families, alongside the communities and strive to give them the best possible care.
