Coplin Health Systems offers the Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services.
At Coplin Health Systems, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. Therefore, we offer the Sliding Fee Discount Program, designed to assist those who are unable to pay for our services.
Program eligibility is based only on household size and income.
To determine eligibility, we utilize the Federal Poverty Guidelines, to create and annually update our sliding fee schedule (SFS). This way, individuals and families in need receive the care they require.
