Liz is a general mental health practitioner, who works with children aged 4 years and older as well as adolescents and adults. Liz works with a variety of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral issues, trauma, ADHD, and gender identity concerns. Liz likes to focus on developing the strengths you already have into a better system to help manage stress and promote wellness. Self-care is important, and it helps to manage the little things that can make a problem worse. Liz is being trained in EMDR Therapy to better help people who have experienced traumatic events that are still impacting their daily lives.
