• Glucose / Electrolytes (CMP)

• Vitamin D

In addition, we are pleased to announce that Ohio Health will be providing their Mobile Mammography services to participants. Mammograms take approximately 20 minutes—please bring your photo ID and insurance card with you. For questions on this specific service or to schedule your mammogram for this day, please call 740-592-9454.

Our Women’s Health Day event costs $40 (cash, check or card payment accepted) and will not be billed to your insurance company.

• Information on self-breast exams.
• Do not eat or drink 8 hours prior to testing.
• Lab results will be mailed.
• Take your lab results to your primary care doctor or make an appointment with Southern Local Wellness staff for review.
