Support student health and learning by attending our FREE Optical Health Event in partnership with the Optical Academy and Wirt County Schools, approved by the Wirt County Board of Education.

This two-day event is designed to provide students with access to comprehensive vision care, helping identify and address eye health needs early and remove barriers to care. 

Services Include

• Vision screenings
• Full Eye Exam
• Fitted for glasses
• On-site support from Coplin and Optical care team

Parent & Guardian Information

Parents and guardians do not need to attend the appointment. Students will be seen during the school day in coordination with school staff.

A report will be sent home with the student, outlining:

• Services provided
• Any findings
• Next steps or recommendations, if applicable

Coplin Health Systems and Optical Academy are working directly with school administrators, teachers, and staff to bring this grant-supported service to students. This is a student-only event. Home school students are eligible to participate.
