Mobile Health: St. Xavier Parish Hall
We’ll be at St. Xavier Parish Hall every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Open to all community members.
Services include: wellness visits, preventative care, same day care, behavioral health services, and supportive care from our on-staff Community Health Worker.
