Mobile Health: Fort Frye School District
- Open to all students and community members.
- Students can request to be seen for a same day care visit for acute medical needs (like a sore throat).
- Preventive/Well Child Visits are also available by appointment (including Tetanus, Meningitis, and Flu vaccines).
- Parents and/or Guardians do not need to be present as long as the student has a current enrollment form allowing them to be seen.
