Mobile Health: Fort Frye Local School District
For Fort Frye Local School District students, we’ll be at the Fort Frye High School every month this year.
- Open to students from 7th to 12th grade.
- Students can request to be seen for a walk-in visit for acute medical needs (like a sore throat).
- Preventive/Well Child Visits are also available by appointment (including Tetanus, Meningitis, and Flu vaccines).
- Parents and/or Guardians do not need to be present as long as the student has a current enrollment form allowing them to be seen.
