• Cholesterol / HDL / LDL / Triglycerides (Lipids)
• Glucose / Electrolytes (CMP)

• Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)
• Vitamin D

Other Information:

• Do not eat or drink 8 hours prior to testing.
• Lab results will be mailed.
• Take your lab results to your primary care doctor or make an appointment with Southern Local Wellness Center staff for review.
