DESCRIPTION:Join us at Riverfront Park in Ravenswood\, WV\, for our 10th Annual Dash for Diabetes 5K Walk/Run!\nThe 10th Annual Dash is put on by the Coplin Health Systems Diabetes Initiative. \nOne of the best ways to prevent diabetes is through exercise! So\, what better way to raise awareness and teach prevention than through a 5K Run/Walk! \nThe 3.1 mile-route follows along the Ohio River in Ravenswood. Again this year\, Coplin will be teaming up with Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program to spread awareness of the nationwide epidemic of diabetes.
